Jessup Construction, Inc. builds high performance homes with products that last longer and require less maintenance than products used by typical builders. Many builders want to sell you a home and brag that it is "built to code". A house that is only built to satisfy minimum building code is simply the cheapest structure that the law will allow you to build and will not fulfill all of your needs as a homeowner. Your average new home is not designed to, nor will it provide high levels of performance.

We’re the new ‘high-tech’:
We’re about solving problems. Many customers tell us during the design process how they have issues with one thing or another in a home they have lived in previously. We want to provide more than a floor, four walls, and a roof. We start with a house designed to perform around our 4 points: HEALTHY, COMFORTABLE, DURABLE, AND EFFICIENT. Neither Standard Building Code nor luck provides those things.

We don't mind investing time in educating ourselves as well as our clients on new building technologies. Education is the key. New and innovative building products are becoming increasingly popular (and expensive). What good does it do to buy expensive products if you can't get them installed correctly? These products typically require special design, instruction, training and most importantly - Patience! We’ve also partnered with affiliate technologies to involve the customer in the process from start to finish.
